Focus
The focus of my work is with Sex, Identity and Relationships, touching on grief, loss, change and acceptance.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe in the power of establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect and understanding. Through a blend of evidence-based modalities, including person-centred therapy, attachment narrative therapy and mindfulness, I tailor my interventions to meet your unique needs and goals.
